We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ohio, and while we were able to tour homes in person, our transaction was largely completed from afar. We are highly analytical by nature. Tracey catered well to our style, knowing when to listen and when to appropriately challenge us in our thinking. She persisted with us through a very challenging market, complicated by Mother Nature (including two hurricanes) (and without a ton of details, this point cannot be emphasized enough). She was knowledgeable, responsive, and was great counsel to us as we moved along over the course of what was ultimately 5 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey. She knew the right house for us, I think before we did. And still was patient and let us get to that conclusion on our own.
