Donnetta is great at what she does and she does it with such passion that the stress that sometimes can accompanied these kind of transactions (buying rental homes) was invisible. My husband and I actually enjoyed the whole thing!! Even the negotiation part, only because we knew we had the BEST. Donnetta kept us up to date with the process and was key to negotiating such an incredible price on our third home! We will definitely keep doing business with her!!
