Cindy Cole

We were making a long move to be closer to family and she was so willing and helpful to make it as easy as possible for us. Not many people go above and beyond these days but Cindy did for us. She was more than an agent. She was a friend!

I was going through a divorce and had a pretty challenging situation. I had to find a house in a rural area, in my price range, we couldn't make an offer till a certain date, and then things had to happen very quickly. She was super active in finding possible properties and then was the most flexible person I've ever known. It didn't matter how far the drive, or the time of day, or even the day of the week. She did everything she could to meet my needs. She was also very knowledgable in what to look for and some of the possible traps and helped me navigate them with no issues. She worked well with all third parties involved and her suggestions for various vendors were excellent and have led me to meeting a bunch of the right people to help maintain my new home moving forward. I could go on but her being excellent at her job is only part of what makes her the best. The other (arguably more important part) is how she helped me navigate this seriously rough time in my life. She was beyond understanding, and was able to make me laugh when she knew I was having a tough time. Her sense of humor and outlook on life really made a horrible experience a little more tolerable. I'd like to hope I made a new friend through this because that is what working with Cindy feels like, just hanging out with a friend. I can not recommend her services enough!! She somehow navigates telling you what you want to hear coulped with what you need to hear LOL!! Not even sure how she does that, but what I can tell you for sure is my result. My divorce is now final, I found the perfect home (exactly what I was wanting), got it for under asking, closed the exact day the seller needed us to, and made a new friend. I am set up as good as I can be for the next chapter. Thank you Cindy!

Cindy was the best. Non stop help. She was always there for us. I wish all my experiences were this awesome. She knows what she is doing and walks you through everything. She is top tier. Thank you again Cindy.
