Eric H helped the reviewer sell this property

He never gave up!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric Sater! Our property was far from a simple transaction, and we encountered more than our fair share of unexpected complications and roadblocks along the way. Every time we thought we had hit another obstacle, he remained positive, patient, and determined to find a way forward. He truly went above and beyond for us. He continued working behind the scenes, communicating with everyone involved, and helping us navigate each challenge without ever making us feel like we were on our own. His professionalism, persistence, and positive attitude made such a stressful and complicated process so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did to help us get to the finish line. If you are looking for an agent who will genuinely advocate for you, stay committed when things get difficult, and never give up when the road gets complicated, we highly recommend him. He is truly exceptional at what he does!
