I live in Ohio and was buying this house in Florida. They were on top of every little detail and handled it such as finding information on warranties, looking at every detail of the inspection and either finding the information or getting in touch with the other realtor so she could get the information. Whenever I called and had what I thought was going to be a disaster she turned it into a hiccup. My home went on the market for 3 hours and I had a buyer. My inspection had one small glitch, and she had me in contact with somebody who the next day had my problem solved. Madison answered my phone calls immediately and answered every single silly question I had.
