Any questions we had were easily answered in a timely manner. All of the guidance we received was so helpful and the negotiation process was handled very professionally. These realtors go above and beyond to assist their clients. We would recommend them highly!! Nan thanks for a wonderful job!

Nan is a very professional realtor with fantastic follow up skills. She demonstrates a high degree of patience and listens well. I would recommend her highly!

Nan helped my husband and I find just the right home for us. She was so easy to work with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, very organized, really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and helped us greatly with every step of the process. She was very responsive and an excellent communicator. She answered all of the questions we had, and if necessary, did the research needed to make sure we got our questions answered satisfactorily. For us (searching for a new home in a place we are unfamiliar with), she was a great wealth of information -- not just on particular homes, but on the area as well. She really made the whole process of finding a new home easy, hassle-free and stress-free. We highly recommend using Nan McGregor and Palmetto Legacy Realty for your real estate needs! They were awesome!
