Great experience! My husband and I decided to move from Massachusetts to Lake Placid, FL in late December. Thanks to Susan Geitner, we were happily settled in our awesome new home by the first week of February. She handled everything for us remotely, giving us home tours via FaceTime and connecting us with local experts from home inspectors to a title attorney. We did a remote signing and she even did our final walk-through and collected the keys for us! She is warm, professional, and very proactive. Melissa is fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and quickly responsive in all communication. We purchased our home from out of town and she went over and above to show us the home with video, FaceTime, and pictures. She handled every situation until we got there. France demonstrated to have profound knowledge in the whole process and exceeded expectations throughout by going out of her way to help is tasks that weren’t within her scope of practice, but she was still willing to do whatever it took to help me and the whole team close.
