Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates. Got me paperwork quickly when I needed things. Even call the city when there were permit issues. My home sold for cash the day it went on the market for a little more than the asking price! Not heard of in these times. Offered to help with packing if I needed it😊 More than a realtor she had a caring investment in me and the process. Darlene had all the contacts to quickly and efficiently resolve issues that popped up during the sale of a family house.
