Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates. Lindsey was with us up to and including the closing. A charming young woman who is dedicated to her work and her clients.

Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter.
