She able to get us way more than we expected from the house we sold, and helped us negotiate credits from the seller towards our closing. I lost count of the number of properties we saw, I honestly thought I would drive her batty because I am so picky, but she was so patient and was able to get us speedy access to every single property I wanted to view.
