Picture of James Agee James Agee is a dedicated professional with 11 years of customer service and sales experience. Originally a native New Yorker tired of the long bitterly cold winters he moved to Florida to enjoy the great climate and friendly people. Before he was a Realtor, he was a top Banker for JPMorgan Chase and led his branch to be number one in sales in the Upper Westside of Manhattan. He created a Real Estate Brokerage to serve the Manatee and Sarasota area where good old fashion values like honesty, integrity, and family could thrive. Out of that vision James Agee Realty LLC was born. Living up to that vision, past clients will tell you, James, will go the extra mile for you, is hardworking, honest, easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and gets your transaction to close. When not helping customers, James, enjoys trying new restaurants and eating at his favorite ones. James has a love for cooking delightful dishes from all over the world. He has a heart for animals especially dogs. He loves walking, playing and just hanging out with his beautiful puppy Sasha. But most of all James likes to meet and get to know new people to share this experience we call life together. For James, there is no greater honor than to serve other people. Excellent communication and represented me very well.

James kept me informed each step of the way as there were several twists and turns all the way up through closing. He represented me very well and we avoided several expenses from the inspection because of James’ dealings with the buyers’ agent. He is a professional with very good real estate expertise.

Professional and Courteous

James was very diligent, professional and Courteous while helping me find the home i visualized for my family. He helped me look at more than 10 homes in several different areas, all the while being patient and understanding with my pickiness and my needs. I only recommend his services now, even though i know more than one realtor.
