They always answered my texts and calls quickly and patiently, and kept me updated at all times. As usual, their negotiation skills were top notch. They suggested things I didn't even know I could ask for and always worked in my absolute best interest. They never tried to persuade me to buy anything; instead, they were there to guide me, answer questions, and help me see different perspectives. I honestly felt at all times that I had friends by my side, not agents trying to close a deal. They are an amazing team, and between the two of them, I never lacked for support or information. We even had some really difficult situations, and they constantly supported me and made sure my property rights were protected—they even faced death threats on my behalf! I was also shocked that after we had closed the deal, they were still there helping me wrap things up. They went above and beyond on tasks they absolutely didn't have to do. If you want dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring agents in the Lakeland area, I cannot recommend Glenn and Tamara enough.
