Toni is the absolute best at what she does. She communicates all details in person and in writing. She would check in with my husband and I frequently and always made herself available to answer our questions. She provided feedback that was helpful as potential buyers would come into our home which eventually helped us sell. She is also a great listener and appreciated our ideas as well. She walked us through all the necessary details of all the paperwork and really took her time to make sure that we understood everything. She had excellent grasp on the Eastlake market because she lives in the area and raised kids there too. She helped us navigate through the negotiation process and conditions of our sale. She was so creative with marketing our home and spent great time , resources and care with our house photos and marketing our home on the right platforms. She conducts herself very professionally but also provides real world practical help and assistance.
