We cannot say enough wonderful things about Louann! She helped us sell my mom’s home while we were out of town, and having someone we could completely trust to handle things locally made all the difference. Louann truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, handled things that came up at the house when we couldn’t be there, and made sure everything stayed on track from listing through closing. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt like we knew exactly what was happening. Selling a family home can be an emotional and stressful process, especially when you’re trying to manage everything from out of town, but Louann made it so much easier for us. She was professional, caring, dependable, and always willing to help with whatever was needed.
