Our last property transaction in February was our 8th with Cathy and The Seaside Real Estate Store in Indian Rocks Beach. We are preparing to close on our 9th property in the next 60 days. Mark helped me sell our property in Five Towns. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the selling process. Since I live out of state, I was only able to be there for part of the process. Mark was amazing with communication and help with the contract and paperwork for the sale. It was a very smooth transaction process. Also, when we listed the property, he was very available and showed the property several times in the first couple days, which led to it being under contract within days! Christine was an excellent agent who went above and beyond what was required of most agents. She communicated with us frequently concerning what was happening with our home. We could not have asked for a better selling experience thanks to her. Would definitely use her again if needed.

Very knowledgeable and professional. We connected well which made our experience enjoyable. Our home went under contract in about a month. We sold our home quicklyal and Bridget just made the process so easy for us.

I have known Jeff for several years prior my listing with him. And I chose him because of my knowledge that he had sold other listings within my complex.
