My husband and I had our home in St Pete Beach with Coastal Home Advisors and they consistently had it rented out for top dollar no problem. They made it an easy with no work on our end, just a seamless process. They were very responsive to all of our inquiries. When time came to sell our property they handled that as well and did an awesome job of finding a buyer and keeping us informed throughout the process. They went above and beyond during the hurricane to check on our house and take care of some things we needed help with since we live out of town. I highly recommend using them for purchase, sale and rental.

Carolyn was able to find me my home on the first try. I didn’t need to look at other houses, I fell in love with the first listing she showed me. She made the entire process simple and easy and made sure I had everything done on time by the closing date. I truly could not have asked for a better agent.
