About Evert

Prompt, personal service is key! Evert Williams has successfully maneuvered his clients through Residential, Commercial, and Land Development transactions for almost 30 years. When representing residential buyers and sellers he is genuine, easy to communicate with, and is there every step of the way. He has a deep appreciation of our local communities and an immense understanding of local and national market trends. He is well versed in residential transactions, even the most complex waterfront properties. Evert is also skillful in identifying opportunity for his clients in Land Development. He is meticulous in his negotiations on his buyers and sellers behalf. Commercial Real Estate is another area where Evert excels, representing buyers and sellers reach their goals. He has received multiple awards of excellence including state and regional top producer. In 2022, Evert achieved top 1% in Pinellas county. Evert knows how to enjoy all the Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal waterways have to offer, especially when it comes to boating and fishing. When he travels Key West is a favorite. North Carolina Mountains, where he once lived is also a travel destination. He spends quality time with friends playing in a golf league and participates in charity tournaments. He is a committed father of a 17-year-old son, who plays high school football. They also like to play paintball and go-cart racing when they are not attending the Buccaneers, Rays, or their favorite, the Lightning games.

My husband and I had our home in St Pete Beach with Coastal Home Advisors and they consistently had it rented out for top dollar no problem. They made it an easy with no work on our end, just a seamless process. They were very responsive to all of our inquiries. When time came to sell our property they handled that as well and did an awesome job of finding a buyer and keeping us informed throughout the process. They went above and beyond during the hurricane to check on our house and take care of some things we needed help with since we live out of town. I highly recommend using them for purchase, sale and rental.

Expert, Professionalism and communication was spot on.

I was selling my condo and had to move out in stages. Evert was so kind and patient with me and made sure I felt like he was there for me. He took care of the prep and the sale and kept me informed all along the way. He got me the best deal I could get and then he set up and made the closing as easy as posable. I never felt stressed or confused. I knew everything from day one to the final closing. I would highly recommend him to any one and I will continue to use him in any future real estate deals.

Evert assisted with the sale of a home due to a very contentious divorce

Everet assisted with the sale of a home due to a very contentious divorce. It was not easy on him at all. He stuck with it jumped through every hoop that needed to be jumped through and then some I truly believe this never would’ve happened without him keep this in mind when you’re looking for a realtor if I could give more stars, I would.
