Best agent hands down. Charlene's knowledge and professionalism goes way above and beyond other agents I have worked with. Her knowledge of the current markets are right on. She does her homework. She was in constant communication with everyone involved. Charlene would advise what the best options would be during negotiations but would do whatever we wanted to do in the end. Her recommendations were always spot on. Charlene was onto of the closing agent to get paperwork completed on time so the closing didn't get delayed.
