Moving from a different state is terrifying but Dean made is easy. We came down to check properties, he took us everywhere we were interested in and provided insights on each area. Once we chose our home and were back in NJ waiting for our house to sale, he checked in on us consistently and even got us answers from our NJ realtor. He truly went above and beyond to manage all down here so we would have a smooth transition. He was truly AMAZING!

I don't know where to start. This is our 5th property that Julie has been our realtor in the buying process. Each time has been a wonderful experience, she is so knowledgeable about the market in the Tampa/St Petersburg and Beach Communities. We have to travel to Florida from PA to meet with her to look at properties and she is always so flexible, she will always accommodate our schedule when we can be in the area. From start to finish, I know we don't have to worry about anything, she answers all our questions, responds immediately with any issues or things that may come up in the process. Buying a home can a stressful, overwhelming experience and even more so when you can't physically be there all the time. But I have never had to worry about a thing. Julie has always gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Even though this is our 5th purchase with Julie, she takes the time to make sure we are comfortable and always has our best interests. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile has always made such a difference. It is why we continue to use her and recommend her to anyone who asks for a realtor in this area. We couldn’t be happier with all of our experiences with Julie, having a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly dedicated to her clients is exactly what you will get.

I knew choosing Carla to help me find my home was a good decision the first time we went out looking at houses! I had heard so many great things about her and was really looking forward to working with her. She did not disappoint! Not only is she very knowledgeable about the market and all the things pertaining to real estate, she is supportive and helpful and just a fun person to be around! If you want someone that is going to be by your side through this process, Carla is it. She cares about her clients and only wants what’s best for them. She truly has your best interest in mind! If I had to do it all over again, I would most certainly want Carla in my corner. Thank you for being there Carla!

Austin and his team did a phenomenal job with my recent home purchase and they did a great job dealing with and negotiating with a difficult seller. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
