If you need to sell your home, Julian is your man. Our house was located in one of the worst flood zones and we did NOT think it was going to sell, especially after nearly flooding during hurricane Helene. Julian was able to make it happen - BUT it didn't come easy. The buyers found out the day before closing that they didn't actually have the funds - a mistake by their broker. Instead of accepting the cancelation policy that the buyer's realtor kept trying to push, Julian didn't take no for an answer. He skipped the other realtor and talked to the buyers to give them a referral to an amazing mortgage broker who was able to work everything out on the financial side of things. Long story short, he got the job done and we are forever grateful.

I feel so lucky to have had Rick represent us in our home buying process! We went under contract with one of his listings right before Idalia hit and the house got totally flooded and had to be completely renovated. The whole process was a lot to handle and manage, and not only did Nick make sure we got additional credits to mitigate some of the damage that couldn't get fixed in time for the closing, but he supported us and our decision making process throughout the whole time. He was so patient and reassuring, and when all was said and done, we made it through with our new home that we're so excited about.
