Nick is a nice guy and very friendly. He has many years of experience that he uses to help sell the house. He however could be a little more aggressive is showing a house and trying to get more for the selling property.

This was a difficult transaction. Many moving parts. Not a sellers market, buyers not buying, a lot of inventory , difficult price point, Short timeline. Patience and experience was definitely required. Luisa is broker/owner and worked very hard on our behalf to close on this property. Did all that was asked of her and more.
