This was a difficult transaction. Many moving parts. Not a sellers market, buyers not buying, a lot of inventory , difficult price point, Short timeline. Patience and experience was definitely required. Luisa is broker/owner and worked very hard on our behalf to close on this property. Did all that was asked of her and more. Luisa was very detailed orientated in this Co-Op purchase. She made sure that all the required documents, for example the title search, were completed properly and filed with the correct agencies. I have not purchased a home since 2002 so knowing that I was in such capable hands was a great relief. Thank you Luisa so very much.

Luisa represented us as the agent for selling our house as we live two hours away if anything arise that was unexpected. Luisa would take care of it immediately I personally thought that she went out of a way just doing an open house houses which she did more than the average agent. If there was a problem she would take care of it and she would direct us on how we should handle a payment for the problem example of water pipe broke she found the plumber the plumber came. She told the plumber where to send a bill of course we paid it but that’s going out of your way. She gave us ideas on how to make the house more syllable to the consumer. She worked with us on getting a correct how price so the house would move and not sit still to be quite honest with you, but today’s economy has sent empty for two years with various agents until Luisa came. Once Luisa was our agent the household in less than three months.

She knew the market well and knew what to price home at. She kept always in touch on how it the sale of home was going from start to finish. She was a pleasure and delightful to work with.
