Joann was the listing agent of the home we purchased. That said, Joann went above and beyond in not only working with us via our agent to help us close in 30 days, she also helped us with several items that required follow up after closing!! She stopped by after closing to welcome us and to offer any assistance needed. We were waiting for our furniture to be shipped from Maryland so she and her husband even gave us a few items to use in the interim. We have since stayed in touch well beyond the scope of a real estate transaction!! If working with someone who sees you as more than a transaction is important to you, I highly recommend Joann!! It’s very evident that she cares about you as an individual and her goal is to serve with kindness!!

Daniel and his team did an amazing job right from the start. They secured handymen, stagers and painters to get my house ready to sell and sold it the day it went on the market. Daniel was at the house with his team when the handyman came to make repairs, he was there when the designers staged the house and took care of everything so we didn't have to. It was a great relief and help since we were already moving into our new home. We didn't have to lift a finger except to meet and sign for the sale of the house. We were given Kim's name about 4-5 days before we made our trim to Tampa. When we spoke, she was very knowledgeable and lived in the area we were looking at. She had made a list of potential homes that added to the list we wanted to see. She did her homework regarding waterways and access, for we were looking waterfront. Found the house we wanted, put in an offer, and found out that evening that it was accepted. Smoothest transaction ever! We had to leave but Kim took care of everything, including inspection.
