What can I say about Tyler. He has been with me through a very stressful listing. He’s always punctual and made himself available to literally hold my hand through this process. When I initially listed with Tyler, he guided me through the listing process and advised me on an educated listing price. I should have listened to him because he knew what he was talking about. Tyler was wonderful to work with over the last several months and extremely patient with us as we searched for and purchased a property from out of state. He is very knowledgeable and informative on all aspects of the market and territory. We hit some last minute snags with our loan and closing and he remained patient, kept everyone on track and calm, and made sure we made it to the closing table within our very tight timeline we were in the area. We are already referring friends and clients to him and know they will be very happy. Highly recommend!

Tyler was such a professional to work with. He is very knowledgeable & goes beyond to make sure you get what you want. He is in constant communication and never did we worry about anything. He even stays in contact with inspectors, insurance, title company & lenders. He was the best & we got lucky when we found him. We had been considering moving to Tampa but weren't sure what area we wanted to live in. Tyler stuck with us for more than a year, sending us updated listing and guiding us to different areas in the Tampa metro area. Finally circumstances were right for us to buy a home in the area and Tyler got us into a great home within our budget and the location we were looking for.
