Tyler was wonderful to work with over the last several months and extremely patient with us as we searched for and purchased a property from out of state. He is very knowledgeable and informative on all aspects of the market and territory. We hit some last minute snags with our loan and closing and he remained patient, kept everyone on track and calm, and made sure we made it to the closing table within our very tight timeline we were in the area. We had been considering moving to Tampa but weren't sure what area we wanted to live in. We were referred to Tyler by friends for our home search in the Tampa Bay Area. From the first time we met with Tyler he was very informative and helpful. We asked him to start sending us houses with our requirements a few months before we were actually ready to get serious about house buying just to see what the market was like. Once we were more serious about buying we kicked up the search and Tyler was so easy to communicate with to tell him what we liked/didn't like. He was also great at helping my husband & I see homes that both of us liked as sometimes we weren't on the same page. It didn't take long until Tyler found us a home that I LOVED at a price that my husband was comfortable at (which was no easy task 😅). Once we decided we wanted to make an offer, Tyler guided us every single step of the process from how to structure the offer to what to expect on closing day.
