Tyler was recommended by my lender, and I am so glad I took it! They way he worked with all parties to make it as smooth as a process as possible was very comforting. Also, dealing with a hormonal pregnant lady like myself picking out a house lol… with such kindness and ease, that was a task in itself and he was so great. He was so quick with responses and setting up viewings. Which is the most important thing to look for in a realtor in this market. If you aren’t quick, you won’t get a house. So I highly recommend Tyler to everyone! And his team at Caliber homes!

Excellent first home buying experience!
Turu helped us buy our first home and made it an easy, enjoyable and straightforward experience! We went from "just shopping" to Under Contract in a matter of days and her hard work made that happen. She kept consistent communication with us and the other agent and we felt really supported by a professional through the entire experience. We highly recommend Turu if you want someone who gets things done!

Excellent agent who plays hard ball...
Turu was a wonderful real estate agent. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, let us know what we needed to do to the house to get it ready to sell, and made sure that we got the right buyer. Because of her negotiation skills and fearless nature, we got well over the asking price.
