Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I purchased my new home remotely from over 1000 miles away.  I chose Thomas to help me find my forever home because of his extensive resume and experience and I chose well!  Thomas would view each property, take extensive videos and upload them for me to see from afar.  He was thorough, informative and covered all the bases which allowed me to see each property without being physically present.   He knew all 3 counties I was looking at very well and offered valuable insight for me to make decisions.  I'd previously lived in both Hillsborough and Pinellas and owned another home in Pasco. Thomas knew each area well and was up to date, offering an inside look into how these areas had changed even though I could not see them in person. I was in Pennsylvania when I asked Joni to handle the sale of my condo and I remained up north throughout the process. Joni took over completely, finding craftsmen to resolve the few problems in the unit and even personally getting on her hands and knees to clean the floors. In the end, she found a company to sell the furniture remaining in the unit (I would have sold it as a furnished unit, but the buyers had their own furniture). She made the process effortless. And we closed $3,000 above asking!
