Growing up in a family business that’s currently 117 years old with 57 years under my belt I know when people are capable and concerned about your needs, and the cost ofor when they’re just trying to sell you something. Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection.
