We live in the DC area but I travel to Tampa quite a bit for work and to visit friends and family. With that in mind, my wife and I felt it would be a good idea to purchase a reasonably priced condo\townhouse in the Tampa Bay area as a second home. Mike's professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness proved to be superb! As out of town buyers we were able to rely on, and trust, Mike to represent us during the entire house search and negotiation process. He did such a great job that it made our closing very smooth and uneventful. My wife says I'm a major control freak when it comes to something like a real estate purchase. However, with Mike as our agent there were never any issues and I never had to stress about anything. Mike is the guy we are calling when we are ready to make another real estate purchase or sale in Tampa Bay!

Patricia was very knowledgeable concerning the housing market. She was always there when I needed to talk to her or have questions. She worked very hard to make this experience as pleasant as possible. It was a pleasure to work with her. She went over and beyond what is expected of a realtor. I give her 5 stars because she deserves every star.

We worked with Carol to find our "new home" and found her to be very knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy - Thank you Carol!!
