I was in Pennsylvania when I asked Joni to handle the sale of my condo and I remained up north throughout the process. Joni took over completely, finding craftsmen to resolve the few problems in the unit and even personally getting on her hands and knees to clean the floors. In the end, she found a company to sell the furniture remaining in the unit (I would have sold it as a furnished unit, but the buyers had their own furniture). She made the process effortless. And we closed $3,000 above asking!

This was not my first home purchase with Pam. I have used her several times for business and personal purchases. She always goes above and beyond, making minimal work for me on the selling & buying end. She sends reminders, handles communication with lawyers & other agents, and has showed up to help processes when I wasn't available. She also provides valuable insight into buying & selling price points that are unmatched when comparing recommendations & knowledge from other agents I have used before. Mike Wykoff was absolutely essential in the sale of my home recently.
