My husband and I had our home in St Pete Beach with Coastal Home Advisors and they consistently had it rented out for top dollar no problem. They made it an easy with no work on our end, just a seamless process. They were very responsive to all of our inquiries. When time came to sell our property they handled that as well and did an awesome job of finding a buyer and keeping us informed throughout the process. They went above and beyond during the hurricane to check on our house and take care of some things we needed help with since we live out of town. I highly recommend using them for purchase, sale and rental.

Kathleen Williams is, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable and responsive agent I’ve ever worked with. She goes BEYOND above and beyond for clients! She will respond to texts and emails within minutes, aways full of useful information and the precise steps you need to do next for a quick and successful sale. She keeps it professional, while being friendly, and funny! She is truly one-of-a-kind and we could not have asked for a better experience as sellers.
