She never pushed. I never ever felt that her commission was more important to her than my needs. She was the consummate professional, pointing things out to me that i had overlooked; even things that might have jeopardized the sale. She did not tire nor grow impatient. Her knowledge of homes, structure & possible problems was impressive. I would definitely recommend her.

I feel so lucky to have had Rick represent us in our home buying process! We went under contract with one of his listings right before Idalia hit and the house got totally flooded and had to be completely renovated. The whole process was a lot to handle and manage, and not only did Nick make sure we got additional credits to mitigate some of the damage that couldn't get fixed in time for the closing, but he supported us and our decision making process throughout the whole time. He was so patient and reassuring, and when all was said and done, we made it through with our new home that we're so excited about.
