This was a difficult period to sell a condo. Thomas worked through it and we made our sale.

We had selected Thomas to buy our condo 15 years ago and so it was an easy decision to ask him to sell out condo. He is very easy to work with, excellent on details and looked after a lot of activities for us since we were located in Canada. We would recommend Thomas to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the St. Petersburg area.
