Initially after looking at about 6 units we decided to change our criteria a bit and then we had to head home ( not FL residents). About 6 weeks later we made it down to FL to actually stay in our new unit, opened the deck blinds and off of our balcony were dolphins in the canal that we could see - we joked that Stephanie did a great job planning the dolphins visit!!
