In selling our condo, Lagueux advised the best way to show our condo, and the best price to list it at. As a result, our listing brought in many interested buyers and a sale. She provided a great knowledge base of needed documentation. And gave our listing an excellent walk through visual and drone image. Good communication was maintained to both of us, through out the entire sale process.

Lea took care of everything we needed quickly and correct. She navigated the HOA/management companies and all the paperwork expertly. She did a partial staging and made sure our listing was the most attractive it could be! I would gladly work with Lea in every real estate transaction!
