Gil got to know us and while trying to purchase a home from a distance, he never hesitated to take the time to truly explore what we liked and disliked. When the home we now live in came on the market (a second time), he was quick to FaceTime and take us on a virtual tour. Because of his help and the action to contract we now live in our dream home, close to parents we can help take care of, and a place our family and friends can visit. Once we got past the impact COVID had on in-person tours, the property went under contract in a few months. When pre-closing issues arose — including meeting VA loan requirements regarding home inspection items to be corrected and closing out two [old] open permits where both contractors were deceased [!] — this is where Josh “shines”... He stepped in on my behalf and took care of all the “pesky” details from point of signed contract through closing. Thanks, Josh!
