Thorough and Patient
We had been looking for a home for over a year. Carolyn was abundantly patient while we searched for the right home. In that time we wrote 4 offers and saw probably 10 times that many homes. Carolyn was very thorough with the paperwork and the thoughtfulness in writing the contracts. Chris compliments Carolyn well as he can really dig into mechanical and structural questions also with much attention to detail. In the end, we found a wonderful place and they helped us sell our home. We were under contract within a week of listing it! They are definitely a great team.
