Judy actually represented the buyer in my situation, but as I was not represented independently, she gave what I felt was excellent and even handed advice about how to proceed. In this busy market with multiple offers I felt comfortable with Judy and did not feel she was overstating her clients ability or motivation in making an offer. She was respectful of my time, and efficient when moving the transaction forward. I am the one that asked to move the closing us due to my time constraints, and despite the chaos, I believe everything went amazing. So, to wrap up, I will also leave that as my final comment on Judy as a realtor "Amazing"! :)

My home sold only TWO days on the market at FULL asking price! When I was thinking of downsizing and hesitant to put my home on the market, Tunisia immediately put me at ease. She is patient and listened to understand my needs. I never felt pressured into placing my home for sale any sooner than I was ready. We walked side by side throughout the entire process. Once I made the decision, Tunisia utilized a professional photographer to showcase my home in the best possible light and executed a marketing plan to gain the most visibility. She is knowledgeable about the marketplace, helped me to arrive at the optimum selling price, explained terms, procedures and processes, and her follow through is exceptional. I was never waiting for Tunisia to get back to me on anything. She called, texted, or emailed an immediate response. Tunisia followed through with timely paperwork and kept the mortgage and title companies on track, minimizing headaches for me. I could not have had a more positive experience! If you choose Tunisia Abraham as your realtor, she will exceed all your expectations!
