Judy actually represented the buyer in my situation, but as I was not represented independently, she gave what I felt was excellent and even handed advice about how to proceed. In this busy market with multiple offers I felt comfortable with Judy and did not feel she was overstating her clients ability or motivation in making an offer. She was respectful of my time, and efficient when moving the transaction forward. I am the one that asked to move the closing us due to my time constraints, and despite the chaos, I believe everything went amazing. So, to wrap up, I will also leave that as my final comment on Judy as a realtor "Amazing"! :)
