I was recently tasked with selling my elderly fathers condo after he passed. He had some health issues, so we knew what was coming and he actually wanted to meet the real estate agent while he was still alive. Ashley agreed to a meeting and we discussed the market and valuation and the sales process. We talked about staging and curb appeal and Ashley showed herself to truly know both her trade and the market. Putting a property on the market can be scary. There are a lot of "what ifs". Every time I had a question or suggestion, Ashley listened intently and we had some frank discussions. She did NOT always tell me what I wanted to hear; but she was always honest and she worked in my family's best interest. Communication is something Ashley excels at. Communication and details. She was seemingly always prepared. Always positive. Always thinking a step or two ahead. Long story short...we got the property sold. In a tough market. For what we wanted. In half the time I expected. Ashley made a challenging, emotional, often difficult process..seem easy. Oh. And she is a funny, wonderful, interesting, kind human being. I learned a tremendous amount about the history of the greater Tampa Bay Area from her. As her about the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club... If I ever had to sell another home...I would call Ashley Nuccio. If I ever had to sell 200 homes...I would call Ashley Nuccio 200 times.

We listed my home in St. Petersburg at the same time as I was moving to Detroit, MI.. I had a ton of things going on at once. Ashley did such a fantastic job in handling the sale that I could focus on my move and settling in at my new job in a new city. She handled so many things that I wasn’t able to be there for and was always there to answer my calls and kept me informed with every detail of the process. Her knowledge of the market and selling process turned what could have been a very frustrating ordeal into something that I really didn’t have to worry about. I’ll always be grateful for the hard work she put in to selling a home that I really loved.

Another thing that stood out was her unfailing and smiling help stepping in to tend to the details in getting the home ready for showings and meeting handymen to let them in while we were in the chaos of a move. Lisa was fantastic with the advice she gave on getting the house ready to sell and then staging it when we put it on the market (we moved out then put the house up for sale) My husband questioned much of what she told us but when he saw how the house looked when it went on the market, he quickly changed his attitude and thought it looked great and the advice and staging made a huge difference! I feel she went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout the process and in helping achieve what needed to be done. Couldn't have been happier with the service Lisa provided!
