That was 2016 and at the time we could never imagine what the housing market would become. I think it’s safe to say no one at the time did. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I would recommend Rania to any serious home buyer not because we consider her family but because I truly believe she has her customers best interest at heart! That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.

Heather Hunt has been extremely helpful and responsive in finding me both a place to rent as well as a place to buy. She has immense knowledge of all the different areas I was looking in and was able to point me in the right direction. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a property including locations, inspections, insurance, mortgages, etc. She has great contacts as well such as contractors, pool maintenance, plumbers, electricians, and others. She is great at keeping in touch and making sure everything is handled in a timely manner from beginning to end. Her amazing personality is an added bonus.
