She immediately took charge and told me the things I needed to do to get the property sold. She also oversaw the repairs and also helped stage the place. She has a great sense of what people in the area are looking for. We ended up with two offers and got the property sold and closed after 1.5 months of listing it. She's wonderful. I cant say enough great things about her. Do not think twice just hire her.
