Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was great finding at multitude of homes within our price range in varying locations around Pinellas County. Eventually once we found one we fell in love with and she helped us put in two offers both on a very tight schedules working day and well into the night to help us through the process all the way to closing. She did such a great job connecting us to very reputable lenders and insurance agents who were all a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was always available and incredibly responsive. I would urge, not just recommend, anyone to work with her for a home sale or purchase. She truly made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

Karen is the glue that held this transaction together and made it all look easy. She certainly knows the market and her knowledge and experience made the difference to insure that we got top dollar. Karen walked us through all elements of the transaction from contract, to inspections, buyers financing issues, appraisals and closing. She was on-sight to many of these items as were were out of town. There are so many issues that we encountered and it was apparent to us that knowledge and experience counts.

Jeff is an AWESOME realtor and was extremely patient with us and listened to all of our needs. Jeff took his time to help us find what we wanted until the end. There is no other person like him and we are truly grateful for him. We will definitely send more people to him for homes. Jeff explained every detail to us for our understanding in purchasing our first home. Jeff was extremely polite, patient, attentive and always available for any questions we had
