Exceptional - At the top of her game!
Karen is the glue that held this transaction together and made it all look easy. She certainly knows the market and her knowledge and experience made the difference to insure that we got top dollar. Karen walked us through all elements of the transaction from contract, to inspections, buyers financing issues, appraisals and closing. She was on-sight to many of these items as were were out of town. There are so many issues that we encountered and it was apparent to us that knowledge and experience counts.
