Our last property transaction in February was our 8th with Cathy and The Seaside Real Estate Store in Indian Rocks Beach. We are preparing to close on our 9th property in the next 60 days. Marsh was such a pleasure to work with! He has made the process of buying a home from out of state seem like a piece of cake! He has gone above and beyond to help my parents with every step. He did absolutely everything from viewing the properties and sending videos/photos, inspections, learning to operate the pool, to referrals for services needed. Since they were not able to be there for any of it, they "bought the property blind" and were completely at ease.
