Katie was such a wonderful resource through the selling process. She provided so much guidance on how to prepare the property for selling and was able to take care of tasks that I didn’t have a vendor for. She was very on top of the status of the market and helping to better gauge how the house should be priced as there market shifted. On top of all of that she was incredibly supportive. I would definitely recommend her if you’re selling a property and I’m sure she’d be equally helpful in finding a property.

Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was.
