I don't know where to start. This is our 5th property that Julie has been our realtor in the buying process. Each time has been a wonderful experience, she is so knowledgeable about the market in the Tampa/St Petersburg and Beach Communities. We have to travel to Florida from PA to meet with her to look at properties and she is always so flexible, she will always accommodate our schedule when we can be in the area. From start to finish, I know we don't have to worry about anything, she answers all our questions, responds immediately with any issues or things that may come up in the process. Buying a home can a stressful, overwhelming experience and even more so when you can't physically be there all the time. But I have never had to worry about a thing.
