There are a lot of realtors out there. It’s difficult to choose, so we made a list of the skills we knew we wanted from someone that we wanted to represent us in the selling process of our condo. First thing on our list was trustworthiness. We were out of the area during the sale, so we needed someone to handle everything. Trust to us meant that our communication would be excellent and honest. Throughout our selling process, he and his team made recommendations on what would bring us top dollar for our place, he walked us through things we didn’t fully understand, and kept us from making mistakes. Along with trust, we also needed someone who completely understood the market and could help us get to our goal. Gene is not one of those realtors that is doing this as a hobby or a weekend job. He and his team are very professional and can help you get through what can be a very daunting process. Lastly, we’ve been looking for another place in a different state. The seller’s realtor was an absolute nightmare. She didn’t know what she was doing and the poor sellers were stuck with her until the listing expired. Our deal fell out of escrow because of the realtor! I saw first-hand what happens if you choose the wrong realtor. You can feel very confident that Gene and his team will represent you in the manner you deserve.

David made our 2nd buying process a truly enjoyable experience!!! The banks and title company were difficult to deal with at times, but David made it seem like a breeze to us once he in charge. He was spot on in his advice and was able to get our home at lower price than we anticipated. He was available at all times and would get back to us within a couple of hours with an answer. Rick suggested cosmetic improvements that improved curb appeal - and had people to recommend to do the work. He brought potential buyers in quickly after the house was ready for viewing. The photography was terrific for the listing! In the end I had a great buyer sooner that I expected!
