I was introduced to Linnea from a mutual friend and client of hers. I’m an avid investor and wanted to purchase some investment properties in Tampa/St Pete. Linnea is incredibly responsive which I feel is a lacking in most agents these days. She literally put in an offer for me while she was at a funeral. Which I won’t put that expectation here for her but I just want to highlight her insane dedication to her business and craft. She flew back the evening and the next day she was already at the property sending me videos, checking appliances, talking to neighbors, etc… Having someone like Linnea on your side makes the buying process so much less stressful.
