My husband and I were looking to purchase our first rental property. Nolan toured multiple properties while FaceTiming my husband and I due us being out of the state. In addition, Nolan was very helpful throughout the buying process and walked us through all necessary documents. My husband and I did not see the property in person until after making an offer.
